Office policies: Prescription refills:
Since we need to review your chart to clarify a prescription is called in properly, we will not renew prescriptions after hours or on weekends. Prescriptions will be called in to your pharmacy within 24 hours. If it has been over a year since you last saw either Dr. Shoss or Ari Fisher, RPA-C you will need to call the office to schedule an appointment.
No Shows:
If you have missed 3 appointments and did not call to cancel these appointments we cannot schedule an appointment for you. Please call the office to make arrangements with one of my receptionists.
We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are
more than 15 minutes late.

From the south & east- Take I90 west to exit 2 (Fuller
Rd.). Take left at end of exit. At third traffic light, take right onto
Executive Pk. Drive. First building on the right is #2. Go to the second
